I port out my cell phone no. From idea to Voda because since last three they Charing more so I registered a complaint in idea customer care and port out my number today they sent me bill and charged 2500? as feature charge.Actually idea executive called me and asked to change plan from 550 to 999but he did not tell that i will get free minutes inner call, after 15 days when i saw my unbilled amount i was shock that it was 1050, then i called idea customer care and asked to register a complain against that executive and i requested for port, after 4 hours i got a call from idea that they will look this matter after bill generation but today i got a bill of 4500?, i requested to people please don’t use idea as they always cheated with customers.Please look this matter seriously against idea
