After my redemption request done on the 10-Sep-2018, I have still not received my money. Mrs Sahmeen and her email Team and been very unprofessional, slow and not responding to my email queries aptly.
Their team has received all the requested documents and promised to credit shortly, but its been more than 2 weeks now, even after that commitment.
My latest complaint no. 8468440. is also taking time to get addressed.
I have also kept the ICICIPruamc Service head cc in the email, but still no use.
