Complaint Details:
I have booked a bus ticket with Goibibo on July 5th to Bengaluru by paying Rs.2370. the amount got debited from my account and the transaction got failed. When I called next day, the goibibo executive told that the amount will be autocredited in a week. I waited for a week and nothing happened. When I checked with my bankers they said, it is with merchant only. But goibibo continuously denying the same. I am in great confusion now. Please help.
