Sir,
I have been using i 20 car for the last six years, but totally depressed with respect to customer satisfaction…
My car is having the problem of gear missing after 20 kms. Now also for the same reason my car is in hundai willing ton island sevice cum show room @ India, kerala .This is the fourth time we have been servicing and clearing the same fault for the last three times. I feel fed up and not satisfied with your car. now i m thinking to file a case in the consumer court for being cheated by Hyundai motors. can you do anything in favor of me, as Iam loosing my money every time for the same problem.
