I have registered a coplained with Havells on 3rd of May 2018, and my complaint no is HE034538, till today almost everyday I am calling their call centre to know when they are going to resolve it ? Every time I get the same response within 24 hours, but till today it has not been resolved.
I want this to be resolved with in 24 hours or else they should replace my GEYSER.
Havells may be good in other places but in North eastern India they do not have after sale services, so buyers from this part be aware of it.
