My name rajendra bhatt. my email id is bhattrajendra25@gmail.com i have book a ticket in gsrtc and my balance was credited but no confirmation or no pnr number was send to me and my money is deducted and now nobody is responding or tackingaction on it.so i requset u to pls improve yourdepartment of online booking .pls do something.

i have booked my tickets from bhuj to bhavnagar round trip from 19/12/16 start form bhuj to bhavnagar sleeping seat no 9 and 20/12/16 bhavnagar to bhuj sleeping seat no.3. every things done but money deducted from my RUPAY debit card of amount 581rs.to grtc transaction no 634822376331.but no ticket issued not on mobile no i.e8238095668 or e-mail add bhattrajendra25@gmail.com
so please do the needful and solve our problem.
