I booked a flight from bangalore to pune on december 10th at 16:45pm. I booked it in my name instead of my mother’s name. I called the customer care immediately after the confirmation of the ticket i.e. when i realised that the ticket was booked in my name. I asked for a name change. Being one of the top domestic airlines in India, how can you not have the option of name change?
