I am a user of p7 max gionee. It was purchase in the month of August 2017. My mic stopped working and when I brought it to the service center they suggested that the mic has to be replaced. In addition I told them regarding the terrible battery backup. So both parts were ordered. They said I would receive parts in 9 business days. The time period had passed. And now they have no idea When the parts will be available.
