Dear sir
I have purchase samsung galaxy s5 4g mobile for rs 10500 from ezzat mobiles on 14/12/16.
But when i recieved the mobile and checked it and putted a 4g sim .it did not work .i immidiately called customer care .he told me that we have checked the 4g sim is working.i have wasted rs 10500 for a non 4g phone.he told me that he cant refund money and can only exchange mobile.when i told him to exchange it with same model in 4g .he said that it was out of stock and he cant confirm that how many days it will take the product to arrive.please solve my problem and save my 10500 rs.
