We are using Airtel PRI connection through RF link for our Telephone ( EPABX) operations at our Plant located in Thonnakkal, Trivandrum, Kerala.. Our entire communication is through these phone connections only . This connections is creating too much issues for the last two weeks and 80 % downtime is happening for the same. And now the connection is completely down. Even the issue is escalated to the higher levels of Airtel Authority we are not getting any response for the mails and calls. Even the account manager is not picking the call and not responding at all. We are facing very serious business loss due to the operational issues because of this communication link down time.
