Packages sent from Delhi on the 29/10/2018 hasn’t been delivered till date the 07/11/2018. Yesterday I received a call that it was misrouted… after paying a hefty price for the courier charges… the service is terrible and this is not the first time.. continuous calling the Dtdc office in our local branch Jowai is to no avail. They complain saying it was delayed from Guwahati branch itself, and they seem irresponsible about the customers package and they require us to picked up the package upon which they will ask for a 10 rupees charge… it is a horrible company and should be shut down.
