Complaint Details:
I have booked ticket on IRCTC site but ticket has not booked and payment Rs. 1266.80 have been deducted from my HDFC account and amount not refunded till date please arrange to refund amount Rs. 1266.80 in my account.
i once again request that please refund deducted amount in my account of HDFC Bank. we here wants to mention here that IRCTC ticket has been booked on dated : 27/7/2018 but due to some technical problem ticket could not be booked but amount has been deducted from my account.
