Paid – 32, 500 – want my full money refund
I have purchased 5 years Holidays membership plan from your company. But I am not satisfied with company services and Also what your manager (Rahul) committed during signing deal are not sent me in written in the welcome email.
Below are points which are committed by Rahul Agarwal
Main commitments:
1) every year total 10 N/ 11 D (I got only 3 N/ 4 D in email)
2) only 4000(including all taxes) charges for 10 N5 / 11 D per year for 5 years
3) No charges payable on free coupon which company provide in starting as a complimentary after one month of membership
Please discuss with Rahul and your team I have also send him a message on Whats app as he is not picking my phone.
