Complaint Details:
I have using IO Credit Card for more than 4 years. Last april I observed the fuel cashback(0.75%) was not happening, for which i raised complaint and it got resolved. But again it reoccurred again in August month.I believe other customers also will be facing this.I came to know only after seeing the statements. I dont see a proper resolution from Citbank on my issue.
I am planning to cancel my card and going to recommend my friends not use it any more.
