I made a transaction during tatkal booking of a ticket at IRCTC using my Canara bank account through phone pe. I couldn’t book the ticket but amount was deducted.
According to IRCTC the refund is made to phone pe and also phone pe has made the refund to my account on 21st October 2018. But that refund has not reflected on my bank account yet.
