Scam or fraud: Blue Dart Express — Misplace/losing of PAN CARD.

Sir/ mam
my pan card which i expected to be delivered from blue dart services has been misplaced ( lost) by blue dart express .firstly there was delay in delivering the card and in addition to this they lost it.total process has covered more than 40 days(still not completed).this is not satisfying(being moderate ).please talk to the concerned authority and i expect an apology email.
