Complaint Details:
The worst service I ever experienced. I will never do any dealings with Blue dart and will suggest to my friends also.
I was in my office, the quire person was at my home, I asked him to come office but he said no which is acceptable.
I asked him to wait for 5 minute he said ok, I drove my bike faster by taking risk and reached home within 5 minutes he was not there.
Instead of making my self-coming like that he could have simply said “No”.
I tried to reach the same number I received but I cannot, within 10 minute I revised below Massage from you guys.
“Waybill# 42503031292 is undelivered for address related issues .Please contact HDFC for redelivery, else it will be returned to Bank within 7 days .”
