Complaint Details:
I made a payment of rs. 26, 427 for purchasing a camera from amazon via net banking.
In spite of having sufficient balance the transaction was declined by the merchant banker company billdesk. Also no refund has been made subsequent to the transaction cancellation.
The reference id number is 1082191523 and was made from icici savings bank account on 17th nov’16 in the morning.
