Scam or fraud: Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — bescom bill amount deducted twice from my hdfc account

I paid my bescom bill using my HDFC account. Twice amount got deducted from my account. I want the second amount to be refunded back to my account.
