Its been 10 days since the Bajaj Technician checked my TV ( 4th July was home visit) and said that either it will be repaired in 2 weeks else a replacement will be provided. Everytime I call up the call center, they say they only register complaint, rest they cannot do anything. They gave number of some managers, whose number is not working. However Call center insists only these non-existent managers can help. Call center is only to take claim and not to process.
I need action in balance 4 days of promised 2 weeks ( 4th july to 18th july is 2 week – today is 14th July) and I look for action
