Scam or fraud: Bad coordination from Airtel call centre officer

Complaint Details:
I had recharged my Airtel tv on 12-12-2016 with amounting to Rs.336/- amount dedicated from my account but recharge unsuccessful I tried again to recharge with same amount this time also recharge fail but amount deducted from my account (I was recharging with my debit card – Rupey Bank of Baroda) after that at same time I tried with Rs.345/- this time recharge successfully and amount deducted from my account. After 2-3 days I checked my bank account and tells the story to Airtel customer care. Till now no action has been taken and also not attending me properly & misbehaving.
