I have submitted my handset with the intimation ID 197831904 in 13th Dec 2016 but till date do not have any update on the same. The call center called up and said that your phone will be sent to you at your address and the amount pertaining to the repair not carried out will be sent to you but till date do not have any information after that. 9876169143.
