I had bought a mobile phone Samsung J7 dated 6/5/2016. At the time of purchase i have also insured the phone for accidental damage with apps you need company. My phone display got damaged and i applied for claim dated 23/11/2016. Initially they have taken the phone . On enquiring with this company multiple time i came to know phone is getting repaired later.
On checking the status online. It shows that I was supposed to get back my handset back on 19/12/2016.
