Dear sir I purchased Honda Activa 5g -DLX on 20 10 2018 from Apple Honda Ajwa road Showroom . The said vehical was delivered with engine noise which till date has not been put right . I had it serviced yesterday with gust 374 km and it was handed over to me saying that it has been put right, Which was not and the foremen & maneger Rashmikant and mechanic Gaurang stabburnly refuse to accept the same which everyone else does . Even at this very moment the said product is with them the job card no 26570 dated 17 11 2018 . the front fork was also found defective which was repaired insted of replacing it . sir i have visited the showroom 10 to 11 times till now but no satisfactory action has benn taken till now .when I got it checked by the head foremen of sesa bajaj I was informed that the problem is with head & decompresion .I request that the matter is resolved at the earliest .
