Scam or fraud: Amazon India — Defective product delivered and not picked up

Complaint Details:
I amit kumar jain have ordered a motog 4 plus mobile on 22 oct 2016 (Order id 402-1055768-3312350) for which i paid 13499/- through my credit card and the phone was delivered to me on 29 oct 2016 the order email is jn. Amit1@gmail.com

Finally i came to know that it was a defective mobile piece (Security sensor was not working, home button not functional, phone continuously hanging, no charging and so many problems). So i contacted amazon for help, each of your executive advised me to download smartcheck utility programme i tried 2 days but it could not be run because phone was not functional finally amazon agreed to return the phone on 2 nov. 2016 (The refund requested was accepted after lot of mental work but never processed till now)
Since then i almost daily talked amazon executive to arrange the pickup of the phone, each time customer executive noted down my complain and assured me for arranging pickup after 1or 2 days, the pickup request automatically cancelled but i keep on trying & requesting to please initiate my refund so that i can pay my creditcard bill or can buy any other phone from grey market, even then nothing done.
The way bill no. For all this is (Awb#69374302060) through blue dart courier service.
These 10 days were quite stressful in which i could not even get my phone and also loosen my hardearned money and suffered from lot of mental stress and each executive told me that if your refund is not arranged till 12 nov. You will be provide compensation for all this.
So i request amazon to please provide me the compensation for all this 15 days mental stress, the precious time which i have lost in these days for arguing with your executives in between my job and useful work and locked my money etc. I have all the call records and emails which team amazon sent me, i have all the screen shots of images of mobile screen when pickup arranged,
I am a very old customer of this site with always positive feedback but this event has broken my faith on amazon for future shopping so i request amazon team for compensating all this issues according to companies legal norms and ethics.
