Hello Sir/Madam,
I am holding an account with your esteemed bank branch. But it was deactivated because of inactivity of transactions. It is Jan-Dhan account and now i want to activate it again and want to deposit some amount in my account.
I went to your bank branch and the Bank Manager said ” Purane Paper kaun Dhundega isliye naya account khulwa lo, ye purana account activate nahi hoga”
So please help me out of this, and we didn’t expect this thing from Bank so i want you to fix this issue and reactivation of the account.
