Complaint Details:
It’s been 12days I have raised a migration request from postpaid to prepaid…the pathetic thing is that I have been calling and following it up daily and I haven explained by customer support that they are processing it..I don’t understand what the hell is wrong with Airtel cc, just now I have asked them to solve it asap since it’s been 2weeks raised a req..simply they are saying it’s is in progress and unable to say why the hell its not able to solve it..and very very rude behavior from cc guys and also I have paid 60rupees as I have used their services
