Scam or fraud: Airtel — Velox airtel

Complaint Details:
This is regarding a porting number activation thru Velox airtel dealer. A lady representative [named ‘Suguna or Suganya or Nisha’ exactly the name not remembered] contacted me over phone from 21st Nov 2016 and sent a person on 22nd Nov for collecting the documents. After handing over the documents to the concerned person, there was no call/email acknowledging the receipt of documents to proceed for SIM activation. In addition, some of the documents have also been sent to the dealer’s email id. Having ensured that the documents are submitted on time, really wondering why the delay has happened till date? Such a kind of dealer is a proven instance for dis-reputation of Airtel telecom provider.

If Velox is about to read this message, please revert back with due-diligence. Failing which, other people shall keep this in mind that ‘Let the buyer beware’… slogan.
