With reference to the above subject I have complained to customer care but non have taken the responsibility in solving the problem, instead executives behaved very rude with me.. Its almost a month now… Airtel have least concern about their customers.
I have updated message center number, I have even tried using the sim in many other phones and the result was same outgoing sms have stopped…
Its very much needed for me to get rid of this problem..
