Complain details: Before porting my number from Vodafone to Airtel Airtel Executive explain to me that with My plan 199 Corp. I will be given 1GB 3G DATA and after 1GB it will be unlimited in 2G Speed upto 128Kbps. But now after porting I came to know that it is only upto 40kbps . Many times I tried to contact Airtel but no one has taken any step regarding this. Already it has become about 3 months. With the same promise our colleagues have also come this plan. Their Numbers are 9831610311, 9830165390, They are also cheated by this promise that after 1GB customer will get upto 128kbps speed unlimited.. Agent who provided connection: Sangita.
