My name is kitty…i called cx service today i.e 6th feb 2017…ms kavita and priyanka khaushal picked my call…they were audible to me but i was not audible to them…i called 10 times…and ms kavita was rude over phone…if this service continues then i will go to higher level to raise complaint.if u guys dont want to serve food in a polite manner then why dont u shut ur website.
I want solution of this…i called to ask my booking status…now i have canceled my plan because of zomato..i wish instead i had opted for dine out.Worst service.
