I ordered a combo jeans of size 38, but the product which i have received all 3 jeans are of different size.one of the jean is also damaged.I have paid 1300 for those useless jeans, and i dont find out any way to return back the product.The mobile number which the company have provided in the website is always busy. 80530 96538/39.The jean which i got of different size 30.32.36.

I bought a product through paytm.. And its 3-4 daysi havent received my item. I paid for the product through paytm. Where is my product.. Quikr… Paytm.. I want my money back.. I transferred the amount to 7564051989.. I want my money back.. Quikr have a lot of fake or fraud sites like this.. Why are they allowing these fraud ads in their site.. Its causing lot of people to enter in trouble.. Paytm should increase their buyer protection.. Or otherwise the buyer will loose their money and he will not get his product.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Bagwan colony, street number 5 street no. 6, chakripuram, kushaiguda, ECIL post. Hyderabad The increasing number of dogs in my area is causing a lot of inconvience.At night there a like atleast 3 to 4 dogs in front of our gates barking and making a lot of noise.Packs of dogs run after people and groan.I fear somebody might get bitten especially the children if the GHMCH dosent send a dog catching van soon.

Frist i recieved a call in favour of companay and said by caller that our companay is a new companay so in defferent places under pramotional actvity we choose a number by a system and you are selected our way. now you may take product sum of rs 97000 in only rs14999. i confirmed make a call to customer care and by mail and both way they informed me that thrir representative informe me to get apporcinuty. then in provided web address i again prove of them and finaly muchmore discussion i have agreed to pay him.and accordin to them advice frist i pay rs7799, again rs7999 and then rs14999 and rs12797 and again rs 6182 in their bank a/c no. 3528404833 ifsc code CBIN 0284544. they are regularly cheat me and i trust them again and again and do as they direct to me. and finaly in 3rd october2016 they send me by mail a scan copy of a cheque and same way they are telling lie continue in new new way.

description;
5 months back engine breakdown as done total spare parts are replaced new but present condition is that vehicle engine sound occurred and millage given that 25 kmp/l, pick up also not good.
dhruvesh honda service jaimala outlet.these staff don’t know how to rectify the problem and not response properly even they don’t have any engineer in that.only they do oil service and water service they don’t know common service also so we kept in showroom itself.
note: please take this my personal request .if not yet we compliant to consumer court within date of 26\12\16.

Sir I applied for connection on 3 Oct 2016. And there engineer came with modem and 6-7 pieces of wire and joined them and just installed internet without landline connection and said will replace wire tomorrow. On 12 the Oct connection stopped working and till now not working, I lodged many complaints but of no use. Instead they sent me bill which I paid with no connection installed. And after some days they again sent me bill which I objected and said first install the connection then only I will pay bill but they neither came nor started the connection.

Scam or fraud: Oneassist Consumer Solutions — Company not returning mobile

Complaint Details:
I placed a claim request for my Redmi Note 3 phone on 16th November.

Device Claim – Service Request # 1653821

Phone is not charging and now become DEAD. Dead phones are now not covered as part of Insurance!!

On 3rd Dec, I received an email the insurance company has denied the claim.

The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 18 Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown or electronic derangement or malfunction unless caused by an external accidental means or liquid damage.

Its been 15+ days and NO update/mail, I have tried calling customer care several times and got same reply “your case has been escalated and wait for 48 working hours”. I don’t know when these 48 hours would end. On 6th Dec I again got a new service request (1687030) for escalation so that mobile phone is with me in 7-10 working days.

When I tried asking me to connect to someone Senior, the call is kept on hold for 20+ minutes and I had to drop the call. Each time I had to spend 30 Minutes and losing hopes of getting phone back.

One Assist is holding my mobile (personal property) without giving any updates or reason which is criminal breach of trust as defined under Indian penal code.

I am loosing trust and now planning to tell most of the people in my company, friends and whatsapp group to distrust this company and not to buy mobile insurance any more or take at their own risk like me.

I travelled for 10.15 km and travel time was 14.34 minutes from sector 11 Panchkula to Elante Mall Chandigarh on 18th Dec 2016 by Ubergo and was charged Rs 147.51 which is double the charges as today when I checked the fare on Uber for this journey its showing estimate fare if Rs79-Rs99 depending upon traffic. Please look into the matter and refund the extra amount charged. Please also advise the reason for this so that crediblity in your services is retainted.

I had bought the mobile(8th aug 2016) in amazon when their is an cash back offer of 10% through sbi debit.As per terms and conditions i had to recieve my cash back on OCt 10th 2016, but i did not recieved my cash back yet.when ever i am calling them they are simply saying that they are checking why it is not credited.And i had also shared the bank statement also. Please try to solve this issue as soon as possible.
