I have complaint against the postman named “debabrata”, posted in barmasia, chandankiyary road (Pin – 828134).

He has not deliver adhar card and passport to my address. Last week he has not delivered my passport documents. My tracking number for passport is pp776790909in. Dispatched date was 1/11/2016 but still i have not received.
Please resolve this problem because i am not only person who has suffered due to his service.

Sir, i and my husband while travelling on national highway about 22 days back, met an accident while somebody tried to overtake us from left side and my car volkswogen new vento was damaged rear gate left side and front bumper and we tried to stop our car than it was hit from behind by a another car and damaged left side back bumper and light.
Following that accident we both luckily we both were uninjured in the accident.
Sir, when contacted the person looking after the claims in lucknow, at viraj motors faizabad road, they didn’t really help us. I call the body shop to know the status of my car insurance, he told me the server has done but survey denied to giving the insurance of back light and bumper, i call the survey rajesh to know why he denied for them, i explain him about the accident that occurred. He promised me that he will call back but he did not and did not mention why he denied for the claim. He said the incident was not happen without knowing what has actually happens. I still calling rajesh but no reply from the agent.

Hi,

I, venkata anjan kumar is one of the customer of idea. I have a customer of mobile number 7774050492. Actually i have paid excess amount to idea. After that i have permanently disconnected the number. I received mail from idea which is shown below that excess amount will be send in the form of cheque/dd. You are telling that you have send cheque on september19th but still now i didnt receive any cheque from you.

I called you more 30 times and i even talked to supervisors all are helpless. I dont know to whom i want to contact even supervisors are helpless. You are testing my patience. You are using public money. I can claim on this.
Please include the senior persons of supervisors also. I want to get back 840/- from idea.

You are not able to solve this problem since 3 months think once you are.

I want callback from you to this number:9963991980.

Please dont close this ticket prior to my satisfaction if you close then you are responsible. Finally they gave reference number c1-77904497821 from supervisore. Its really shame that even supervisor also not able to solve problem.

I received a call from optimist marketing executive (Akankhya n sikha) saying that the call is from master card/visa card credit card services.
The offer which was narrated to me were: against payment of rs 7999. They said they will provide a discount card which i ‘ll use at every purchase made through my credit card to get 20% discount. The card will be valid till 2yrs. According to my calculation 20% against rs.7999 will profitable to me. Again i confirm 3 times will it for every purchase or on selected brands, they said on every purchase like petrol counter medicine counter, etc… Then i agreed. But when i already paid to them then they tell about

1. Ucb gift box (Containing watch, wallet, belt)

2. One couple movie ticket voucher, and hotel.

When i call to complain they said the amount in non refundable and they offer for free shoe. The decli

I doubted on there offer but wait for the card coz i already paid. When i got that box. The card have a list of brand from where i bound to purchase to get 20% discount. Which i do not need.

When i complained about this, the executive was also very rude and was not ready to listen to me. He is denying to have said anything like that.
I demanded their recording copy to confirm. They said they will send, but they don’t send me. Again said me to complain any where.

These type of companies should be banned because they provide wrong details so that customer will listen to their call.
Like in my case, they said that they were calling from visa/ master card services.

Now i have seen many complaint already on internet about their company.
I have not used any of the product and would urge to cancel it and get my money back as it is a fraud company.

I also came across many complaints about this company that they provide wrong information.

Scam or fraud: Tikona — Threat calls from tikona customer care for money extortion

I had tikona connection and requested tikona to change the connection from my location to new location on june 21 2016. The guy from tikona came on june22nd and found that the new location was no good to catch the network and collected all the equipment (Modem, wire) and gave me the receipt saying all the equipment is collected and i can cancel the tikona connection.
I called tikona the same day to cancel the connection but the customer care center person said, he hasn’t received any such receipt and asked me to wait for 2-3 days.
Even till the billing cycle completed no response from tikona end and for additional month. Then i got bill for 2 months stating i havent paid the bill and continous calls from tikona where i had to explain again and again the same above said story. They asked me to wait. Finally i got message from tikona that i have to pay the amount – rs 2041 to reactivate my account.
I haven’t used the internet for even 10 days they charged me for 2 months by delaying which i found totally unacceptable and being on repeated calls with tikona for so many times.

Then i started getting threatening calls from different advocates (1 lady said she was assistant of naredra kalra) saying they will file a case in delhi court.in tis hazari. Later i got call from different advocate and today i received call from sandeep sinha from mumbai high court. Saying if i dont pay the bill within 30 mins they will file a case. I search online and found that same names are being used to extort people to pay the money.
I request tikona not to indulge in such extortion activities.

Next time when i get similar call i will record the phone call and upload it here for all your information.

That mean we touch one letter or one icon it start another letter or another icon. Some time i try to touch one icon the screen is move fast left or right or top or down. Another thing is otg not work in this micromax set

I bought a dell alienware laptop from ebay on 7th october and it arrived broken. Reported this to ebay on the same day and they arranged reverse pick up on 19th october.
Today is 17th november and the item is in transit from last 29 days. My hard earned 52000 rs are lying with them too.
The case is pending for over 36 days. Please give me my refund. The customer care team keeps saying that they would revert in next 24-48 hours but they never call back.

Vamshi krishna from hyderabad i had used airtel broadband for 8 to 10 months and as iam leaving to bangalore i requested airtel people to disconnect my broadband connection and left to bangalore they didn’t disconnect connection and automated bill generated for which i didnt use any internet and now they keep on callin for automatic generated bill and they are informing that they filed a complaint against me. This is so frustating thats not my mistake.. Pleasw do the need full and please take action on airtel broadband.

I am having renault duster registration no cg04jf2300 in my name as ajay kumar dewta in raipur (C. G.) cell no 982624511. I left my vehicle on 15.11.2016 to your authorise servicing centre for general check up and repairing of driver side door luck but they did not repair the door and delivered it to me on 17.11.2016 as repaired one. When i complained one mechanic came to my place and could not repair and ask me to leave the vehicle once again. We have paid all the bill amount but our requirement has no been fulfilled. As a customer i am not satisfied with such type of services, so please look in to it.
