Hello,

I have applied for zero balance account jifineo and deposited INR 5000 on Jan 6, 2017. After that day (till now), I didn’t hear anything from anyone from the bank for all required documents. I tried to reach out to their toll-free no, but not able to reach out to them.

I am not sure if they’ll open an account or how much time they’ll take.

Please respond at the earliest.

Scam or fraud: Fabfurnish — Order not Delivered

My order no 307528586, placed on 30th Dec 2016 has been updated on my account as delivered, however the same has not been delivered to me. I have raised the concern with Fab Furnish Customer Care vide case no 3708495, its been 4 days since the issue has been raised and have not received any revert from the team, as opposed to their commitment of responding in 24 hrs. I have been calling them everyday and the customer care executive have not provided any information or solution as well, they say they are not equipped with information and when asked to share an escalation matrix for raising the concern with higher authorities who may have the information they refuse to do that as well.
The status of order on my profile still says delivered, when the product never reached me.
One is being inefficient but being unapologetic about it and not fixing the issue is another level of inefficiency and extremely sad service.
Also their customer care executives are extremely rude!

Scam or fraud: Tata DoCoMo — Not able to connect with Customer Care

This is for the tata docomo broadband wired connection.

I have been facing many network issues since few months. I do have network connection but it keeps getting restarted automatically in random order and also the speed is so low that it is almost unusable even though i have 2mbps unlimited plan.

But my complaint is not about just this issue.

The bigger problem is that the customer care number they give is totally unusable for me. I have no way to pass the electronic questions asked. When you dial the customer care number you are asked to enter tata docomo phone number or circuit id. Neither of these are given on the bill or any where else. I don’t have these number. I have tata docomo number and an account number but entering them is of no use.

There is absolutely no way i can talk to executive or file my complaint without these numbers.

And

These numbers are not provided anywhere.

Whoever designed this system certainly didn’t care much about the user’s convenience. It is not practical to expect user to always have circuit id or phone number (For a broad band connection). They should provide at least one number through which existing users can connect directly to executive or at least file a complaint. Following are my account details.

In the College of Gargi Memorial Institute of Technology, a private engineering college takes a injustise way to allow students to pass in the examination. The college authority takes a particular amount of money from students to allow them all kind of improper way in the exam hall during semester under MAKAUT(Formerly known as WBUT) board. So i pray you to go through a proper investigation against this situation. I request to MAKAUT board that is it the way to allow students to copy in exam cell from books instead of money.

Scam or fraud: Amazon India — Not giving refund after returning the product

I have buy a UCB shoes from amazon and it was delivered to me and then i returned the product and asking for refund and they took the product now, when i call them for refund, then they are saying that the product have not been delivered to you and was returned to seller, so refund will not be done then i send them a mail and i am attaching that also and now they are not replying for my email.

Above is my order of UCB shoes received on 28th dec 2016 and was returned to amazon on 31st dec 2016 and by-mistake it goes with the invoice.

Now I am continue talking to your support team regarding my refund they said the refund is initiated on 3rd and will be credited to your account by 3-4 working days,
and today i got to know that from your end that the package has not been delivered by your courier partner and neither they took the reverse pick up and this is the final mail from my side on this and now I am impatience and below i am attaching the transaction details.

I opened an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) through ICICI net-banking and contributing regularly. But I am unable to track my contributions. I have not received any document or statement regarding my APY contributions. Just I received the mail saying that my PRAN number is created on 20th June 2016. But while I was trying to create IPIN, system displays an error massage ‘PRAN not found in database’.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
