Hi Everyone,

I have purchased one micromax Micromax Q450 16GB WHITE mobile from snapdeal on 17th of Dec 2016 and it’s price was 8, 299 Rs inc tax on the website. There was 10% instant off on HDFC credit card however, i have paid the money through HDFC credit card and it’s been 3 months I have not got the 10% off on actual price.

I have contacted them several time to get my instant off price but they always refuge to pay it

I think Snapdeal is a fake website. The offers and promotions they do on its website to pull the customer to boost their sale. In actual condition they do not provide these offers and promotions.

Its my humble request please do not buy anything from Snapdeal because they do not fulfil their promise and offers which they provide on their website.

Kindly suggest me the procedure or process to get my money back.

I have to make payment for restaurant bill for Rs 5260. But waiter deduct Rs 7260 by mistake. So he void the transaction within 5 min and provided me void transaction receipt. Unfortunately 20 days have passed and I am still waiting for my refund of Rs 7260.
Between i have also registered complaint in SBI customer care but no solution is provided to me.

Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Cancellation of my credit card On discussion with your officer I came to now that to cancel my credit card even though I am not using this card, because this card limit is very small amount therefore i am not using.

moreover i would like to inform you that i am using credit card of HDFC, AXIS bank, City Bank and Not paying any annual charges of cards. Therefore i am not interested of the card and wave the charges of annual for cards. In future also i will not pay any charges.

Card Account No. 4377486945862215. Hope my card will be cancelled on priority. Kindly inform me the status of cancellation of my card at an earliest At Last … awaiting for your early reply

Complaint Details:
I am a software engineer and i know that my phone stuck in boot loop.
And i know how to resolve the problem and technicalities of it but the service center lady told me that we have to replace the motherboard but i know that it is not required and motherboard is working fine.

MY phone is under 1 year warranty then also
they told me that it would cost me Rs. 5000/- for a mobile which I bought about 3 months back.

I was sitting in the service center for 1 hour and all the customers were being told the same thing, i.e. the service charge is more than the cost of the phone.

This is daylight ROBBERY!!!

Dear Customer care. I have been regularly purchasing stuff from your da milano store. Like office bags wallets shoes etc.

But recently came through a really unprofessional experience from you store in dlf da milano store noida.

While purchasing a bag worth Rs. 14000/- from your store i was told that there is a 40% discount on the bag. I made up my mind to purchase the bag at the cost of Rs. 8400/-. Which was offered to me by your store officials. The bag was packed and was about to be handed over to me while my debit card was in their hands.

Suddenly they say ssystem is not responding well please come back to us in sometime we ll hand over the bag to you then. I was called upon and was told theres a discount of 30%.

Strange isnt it. System is not accepting more than 30%. Isnt this unprofessionalism. Furious and i left the store. Seriously i donnot want to buy anything every from your store.

I was completed my MBA from “ACME INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY (BAREILLY) U.P” in 2011-2013 batch but till now management was not provided us our degree and 1st-year mark sheet. Many times I follow-up regarding the same to the management but every time they are giving excuses like due to some error degree was on hold from the university(UPTU/GBTU). I also visited college much time but nothing came out in the result. Even College director also giving the same excuses while the degree of the 2011-2013 batch of MBA was already given to the student in other colleges affiliated with the same university. Kindly Help us to get our degree from the college.
Kindly take necessary actions to college management.
