Complaint Details:
Order no. 15872743039, Ordered on 12 th oct. Showing in status on 11 th nov. That the item was delivered on 9 th nov. Complaint raised on 11 th nov. That product was not delivered. Several follow up has been taken but no resolution given by snapdeal. Amount already deducted from account. Very painful experience from snapdeal. Please let me know where else I can raise this issue othet than snapdeal customer care or can I file a case against them in consumer court. If I can file a complaint how much time is necessary for making such complaint.

With due honor I am very sorry to inform you that in spite of several representations
to approve and sanction of Rs.18000.00 for operation of CATARACT at Disha Eye Hostital
fixed on 24.11.2016 no action has yet been taken and no information is received yet
either from your side or from Disha’s side.
I have submitted all the requisite documents including Biometric Report and every thing
to Disha TPA’s office.
It is not understood why Disha has not yet submitted duly filled Annexure C AS PER
AGREED PPN PACKAGE, please expedite Disha to receive the same as per your requirement
So that customers are not harassed due to the negative motivation of the Disha.
TPA Disha is not receiving the Phone .
Please ensure that my operation is tabled on 24.11.2016 as per scheduled .
Hope your good self will look into the matter so that customers are not suffer due to the laps on part of your management to avoid any future complications .

Sir,
I purchased a Maruti ALTO K10 VXI Car from KVR CARS, ANANGOOR, KASARAGOD, KERALA on August 2015.While driving my husband, the car met an accident with a fish carrying container vehile and got damaged on 26/09/2016.the car brought to KVR MARUTI ULTRA MODERN BODY WORK SHOP at Mailaty, Kasaragod, Kerala on that day for repair work.After repair they informed that the repair work has competed, all are in goodcondition and tookaway the vehicle from the body shop on 14/11/2016.Then I collect the repair bill of Rs 124190/= and deposited the bill amount to the Bank account of KVR CARS as cheque on 15/11/2016.On 19/11/2016 morning I tookover the car from he bodyshop and while driving I feel that the ignition is bad, A/C not working, all indicators are not working properly painting work is verybad .I drive just about 45kms suddenly I saw fog occuring from the Engine cabin room, I stopped the car and open the cabincover bonnet .While opening I saw the Engine coolent is boiling and spreadout from the coolent tank to allover the Engine cabin, inner part of the bonnet and outer side of the bodyframe.The Engine has overheating.I call to KVR CARS BODY SHOP at Mailatty and told the complaint.They came and examined the car but they has no idea .Afer examination, they took the car again to KVR CARS BODY SHOP at Mailatty that day.Till today the car is at KVR CARS Body shop.What about their Performance, pancuality, loyalty, Responsibility and sincereness over the vehicles .I think there is no proper work done on my vehicle .I have no scope on my car from KVR CARS ULRA MODERN WORK SHOP at Mailaty and lost trust on that body shop. It’s very unfortunate that Maruti being the largest trusted car manufacturer in India but its agencies provides such a bad support to customers. Kindly consider my petition and issue directions to the dealer.

Booked flight ticket on app. It was mentioned that there is fare lock in. But it was not mentioned that additional charges were here. I am fine with additional charges if they are transparent. But when I called them they mentioned that it was mentioned in terms and conditions

It is same old trick of companies making prices as opaque as possible and terms and conditions hidden in term sheets at expense of customers

I bought this phone around 2 months before and now I am getting this heating problem the get restarts in every 15 minutes!! DO NIT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! When I connect this to charger the warning message I am getting – Battery temperature is too HIGH shutting off the phone. it is such a waste of money!!! I totally unsatisfied with the product! attend on priorty. in this period i was seen many mishapning in your branch staaf girish bathla collect the cheqe and going cash counter for withdrawl and same the provide siting custumers.i was asking please give the cash i have urgent needs of money but this person rudly behave with meand also push outside of branch and u were see all the footagein your branch camera with timing 2pm to 3 pm 21 november i was really hurted because i have good reputation in markit and local society please look the matter seriously and i hope in future no any circumtances.

Hi
I replaced my dishtv setup box as per distributor advise and he charged me 100rs extra for new card. In my old card there was already 600+rs balance which I never got credited. So I lost my 600+rs balance. Even after calling multiple times the customer care and even the distributor is not responding property.
Moreover, my pack was of 185-rs per month which they changed it to 300-rs per month without asking me.

The distributor said all my balance would be transferred within 2 hours and the pack would be the same of 185rs per month.

Also the distributor charged me 200rs extra for which he never gave me any receipts. He said this is a fee for faster service.

I am from chandkheda area, Ahmedabad Gujarat India.
