Dear Sir
It is most surprise that my wife had complained about our Haier Machine and number was given PU20161126101777 on Friday and no person has turn up till Monday!!! When he was here he ask me about purchase receipt was unable to give as we shifted our house. He left without doing anything even he had not assemble machine. Say that it required parts. Such ridicules behavior by your service man, when we said that we will get it tomorrow. In spite considering the our age [70 years] you just said send sms that your complain has been cancel. Very bad behavior!!!
When you have all details with your service support toll free number and they know very well that machine under warranty. Why the behave like this.
Any how I have purchased receipt with me and request you to take immediate action repair, otherwise I have to take legal action against you.

I applied in fixed deposit of pratibha industries in 2013, & its got mature in nov 2015, but till now i dont receipt my principal & interest amount, kindly look in to the matter in urgent basis, we require money due to some financial need, already 1yr is over as my fixed deposit maturity, no one pick up the call there to resolve or we dont have any kind of information regarding the company, when they give us the amount etc

Your services are degrading day by day, i was using ola frequently due to its regionable rates and fair services, but from now onwards i will not use any ride by ola, because its rates increases in usual office timings.

Today i have charged rps.195 from noida sector 27 to noida sec 125, but usually charge was 80, 90, max 110, why you are fooling your customers,

Even i am using ola shuttle daily to travel, now i lost faith in this ola, i want my 95 ola money back which was deducted today, if you will not give back to me, i will not use your rides, even nobody in my family also.

I would like bring to your notice as 2.5% transaction value is being changed through POS as I used ny Credit card on Noida Golf Course to to get new Metro card (Rs50) and loading of amount Rs300 at 7.45.11 Am dated 12-Dec-2016 with Metro card no :78345045 .

Total amount Rs350
Total amount Charged : 356.04

POS is conveyance to pay through Cashless mode asthis should not be enforced to customer . I am going to report this to bank of over charging through POS terminal .

I have a moto E3 POWER BLACK 16BG only one old but the device had defect.
When I connect the device with my home theater using with aux the device can’t play the VIDEO SONG & ALSO MP3 SONG.

three times I am complaining about this problem in MOTO CUSTOMER CARE
But they are no response.

( aux not working )
I replace it by the saler FLIPKART india . But replace model also have same problem.

I ordered Videocon 36″ TV on 29.10.2016. My order No.: is DS85099.
I made online booking and the amount was also paid. Till now I have not received the product. When I tried to call the customer care through the phone No.: 9025340077 the recorded voice says that the executives are busy and my number is noted down and they themselves will call me back. But I have not received any call. I sent a complaint to their mail id- info@dhamaalshop.com. But no response. What the hell is happening I don’t know. But I am cheated. This Dhamaalshop seems to be a fraudulent shop.

Every time i call the customer care they promise i will get the refund by end of week. Its 2nd December 2016 today and I am yet to receive my refund. I regret ordering the product and surprised to know that they take 21st working days for refund. It’s been more than 40 working days now and still no refund. Value of order Rs 59, 790

for 109.00 on 1st OCT from amazon and i paid for it and when i received the product it was damaged so i returned and asked for refund they told refund initiated and i will get refund on 9th OCT but till today i havnt received my money to my account when i contact amazon they gave NFT-161005131XXXXXXX and told to check with the bank when i gave this the bank is asking the full 16 digit NEFT number to locate the refund initiated by the amazon when i contacted amazon for 16 digit NEFT they are not ready to give i dont no what to do to get my money back from the bank.

Sir my consignment has been booked from Bangalore on 29th Nov 2016 and as of now no tracking clue is available.
Consignment BLR195063624.

I have tried all possible Nos of Professional courier Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Surat offices as available on your website. No response at all.

Even when I called Surat Main branch, the ring kept on going for 18 times since 8 am today.

When I called Ring road branch, one lousy attendant answered in a very rough tone that he has no clue of the docket.

As per the name of the company, where is the professionalism ???

If this is the service, then why should we do business with your company ???

I purchased Swipe Elite Plus 6 months before.

issues:
1)Heating issue is a major issue.
2)In addition, 2nd SIM slot not supporting 3G also.
In second SIM slot I insert 4G card(with 4G recharge) and started internet, It shows ‘E’ network i.e.2G network.
3) As well as when internet is made ON from 2nd SIM, 1st SIM network goes down.

why this happens ?
