Respected Sir,
I passed all the exams in the course and have paid all the instalments before the final exam. But did not get my DIHN certificate from Ultadanga center kolkata. I have already submitted my marks sheet to Mr. Pritam Sir. I called several times to Mrs Madhumita Ma’am on this number 9432230080, but didn’t get any response. Now I am at Muzaffarpur in Bihar and cann’t go to the office kolkata.

Scam or fraud: Flipkart — Redmi 3s prime mobile defect

Hi team,

I have purchased a Redmi 3s prime gold colour mobile phone from flipkart. The order no is OD107492497888611000. It was delivered on 7th Nov 16 but just after using it for 1 month, it has got 3 defects. The defects are as below.
1.Lock/unlock button is not working.
2.Volume cannot be decreased.
3.Earphone pin is not working. Even if earphone is inserted it always plays in loudspeaker mode.
I have attached the delivery packet details.
So, kindly help me to replace the phone with a new one.

Scam or fraud: Living Plaza Furniture — Poor quality Sofa cum bed

We bought a sofa cum bed on 09/02/2016 from Living plaza furnitures Mira road but the sofa was of very poor quality.The storage trolley got dislocated the very next day and we had to call the shop for help.In just 3 months the sofa got collapsed in the midnight and my 9 months son got hurt.So the other day we called up the shop to take away the sofa for repair and send back to us.But for complete 2 months they did not repair the sofa nor they have sent any replacement.They tried ignoring our calls.After my repeated reminders the shop sent us a new sofa but this time also they have sent a faulty material.The sofa cloth was torn from 3 different sides.Storage trolley has the same problem.It makes weird sound as the ply and wood used is of very poor quality.We are seriously not happy with the product and want our money back and they can take away their product.We request you all to help us in getting our hard and earned money back.They have fooled us by providing such poor quality material and the product does not deserve a amount of Rs 21000/-. Scam or fraud: Bajaj Electricals — Engineer lied and gave wrong information during service of my Bajaj Majesty 10 Liters Geyser to escape work Load

Date of Incident : 19-11-2016, Complaint number 10858245,

I have contacted Bajaj electronics call center number on 17th or 18th November 2016 for a service visit, as water drops were leaking from my Bajaj Majesty 10 liters Geyser. Call center official had given service request number 10858245 and informed that an engineer would visit to check the geyser and charges for that would be Rs. 350.00 as it is not in warranty.

On 19-11-2016 engineer visited my residence and inspected my geyser and informed me that the SS tank is leaking due to a hole (Over usage due to corrosion it will lead to this) and suggested me that it is better to buy a new geyser as replacing the SS tank will cost me up to 85% of the cost of a new geyser and charged me Rs. 350 and gave the a bill for the visit wide number 4189.

As per suggestion of the engineer i have purchased a new AO Smith 10 Liters geyser on 03/12/2016. Recently my father visited my home and saw the old geyser lying around and inquired on what happened to the geyser and further about the new purchase. I informed my father that service engineer inspected and informed there is a hole in the SS tank and service engineer suggested its better to purchase geyser.

My father is a mechanical engineer, he immediately said that SS tank wont leak unless a manufacturing defect i.e., a flaw during manufacturing of SS tank. He immediately dismantled the whole Geyser and found that the SS tank is filled with sediment (i.e., Sand) 1/3rd of Tank. Hence the water is leaking due to sediment and later the SS tank is tested duly filling with hot water for 12 hours. The SS tank does not have any leak. Only the defect is sediment. The geyser is assembled and it is working fine.

Due to bad service and laziness/to avoid work, i have purchased a new Geyser for Rs 7200 which is a dead capital to me.

In view of the above, i request Bajaj Electronics to give the valid reasons why i should not approach the consumer court for bad service and dead capital.

Imagine how many customers are being cheated every day in country by believing company representatives. Trust is lost by this action. Not all customers will do research on what engineer says they just believe what they say.

Complaint Details:
Uber has been charging me cancellation fee multiple times. Several time their drivers are at fault still we have to pay for cancellation. despite complaining for such cancellations, we get windows popping out demanding to pay for previous cancellations by any medium except for cash. I have paid twice for multiple trips which they deduct from my credit balance and also from my card.
Not only this, after resolving the above issue with company, the fees of multiple times calculated upto 300+ and was charged during my last trip.

this type of problm i saw many times but i ignored them.
