I have ordered from dominos my nearest store. I live in Ashok vihar phase 2 gurgaon sector 5 and ordered pizza online from sector 4 dominos store. But it takes more than 45 mins. To deliver within 3 kms of distance. Just becoz I have done payment online I was not able to argue with the delivery boy otherwise I will never make payment to dominos.

Wallet transaction id 4407270625 on 10 dec, 2016 at 3:46 pm from mobile no.9717787784 showed transaction error, but showed amount of Rs 1200/- deducted from my passbook, yet the merchant did not receive any money.Please refund the said amount into my wallet.I have made repeated complaint tickets from the app, but still there is no response.Why is Paytm so slow or obnoxious in receiving complaints.

Scam or fraud: Domino’s Pizza — Late Delivery on 11th Dec 2016

Complaint Details:
I had ordered for 04 Pizza Mania to the Dominos Outlet at Narendrapur exactly at 2036 hrs on 11th Dec’16 but the same was delivered to me at 2140 hrs on the same day. The pizzas were cold and I did not feel comfortable to have it.

Dominos always claim that if the order is not delivered within half and hour of placing order, full refund would be made and the delivery boy also accepted the fact and requested me to contact the Outlet Manager but phone of the Manager continuously remained unattended.

The Bill of the order is attached

Please help me to get the refund.

My question is that when will i get my maturity money of this fund and how much money would i be receiving from the scheme, as the nearest UTI office of Dumka (Jharkhand) is not helpful with the information of scheme and money.
I have heard that this scheme does not exist anymore, so kindly advice me what should i do next and what is the procedure of getting money?
Please consider my request and convey all the details about the unit. I haven’t got any details about status (i.e. how much money have been increased).

Scam or fraud: Jet Airways — Missing Baggage DEL9W61882

Complaint Details:
My baggage was withheld at the Bangalore airport due to powerbank on 6th Dec. I’ve signed the authorization letter to open the baggage and even provided the key. They promised to send the baggage to Mumbai (where I was travelling to) in the next flight. When I arrived at Mumbai and tried to collect my baggage via the phone number they gave me – no one picked up the call. I continued to follow up in Delhi on my baggage and even filed a missing baggage report at the Delhi airport. I was informed that Mumbai airport security need to open my baggage to remove the powerbank, which I don’t understand since if they send it from Bangalore to Mumbai, it would have meant the powerbank has been removed. Nonetheless, I’ve sent email to mhb@jetairways.com as requested to authorize that they have my permission to open the baggage to check/remove powerbank or whatever that’s needed to give me my baggage (email reference ID=009-909-710). And the standard response I’ve been getting since 7th Dec from the Jet Airways service agents is that no one is picking up the phone at the Mumbai airport. I find it very hard to believe that no one picked up the phone for 4 days. Now I’m back in Singapore (11th Dec) and still trying to follow up with no success. If anyone can help me look into this and advice what I need to do, who I can contact to get me my baggage back will be very much appreciated.
