I have purchased Panasonic ac at aishwarya home in panruti before seven months with warranty. after purchasing the ac i got gas leakage within two months. the problem solved at the time then i got the same complaint withing two months again. i request to the dealer and authorized service to replace the gas leakage pipe to give me a permanent solution for my problem but they refused it, though i have a warranty. i request to take necessary steps regarding this complaint.

My annual subscription was paid on 17th Oct. and supply of paper started on 1st Nov. In November, for 4 or 5 days I did not receive paper. Now in Dec., from 5th Dec., I have not been getting paper. Tried to contact Vijayakumar, agent but he does not answer calls, nor gives reply through sms. Now what to do. Hi Honda Service Centre in Dombivali is refusing to accept my bike for servicing saying that I have exceeded the time for free Servicing as I was late by one single day.i have attached copy of warranty card which has purchase date.in addition to this my bike has run only for 4997 km whereas the limit for servicing is 365 days/12000 km whichever is earlier.I Don’t understand why they are creating an issue for delay of just a day.

Dear Aquagard,
I had purchased a Enhance RO machine through online.

Our water TDS is within 100 mg/ltr but wrongly i purchase machine TDS 500 to 2000 mg/ltr.
As per the service engineer, if we install this machine then all necessary Minral will be remove, it will make us ill and water test will not be normal.

For which I can’t able to install the machine.
I am expecting a quick and cooperative service from Aquagard.

My family and I have gone to Big Bazaar, Chennai on 8/12/16 at 11.20 and bought a few accessories including 3 packs of bindi each worth 90 rupees. We have gone to our hometown (Trivandrum) and we were shocked to find out one of the bindi packet is not here, though it was billed!! We have opened the cover now only, and so we are sure we haven’t misplaced it.
