I Found that, my mobile On and Use on 11/1/2016.

Please close my IMEI numbers.
Please action on this matter. Because they use my handsets for bad activities.

Complaint Details:
I have done recharge of 346 at my mobile no. 8572069798 through my airtel app.
As per company ! its benefits are 1 GB 3G data and unlimited calls ( Local and STD ) valid for 1 month..

I am shocked when my main balance is deducted for calling, as i am not able to get this benefit of free unlimited calls.

I have registered my complaint at airtel customer care with reference no. CBNRV21212063992.

As per customer care this offer is not valid when you are in roaming.

but when i do this recharge it is not written anywhere that this offer is not valid in roaming..why ?

So final conclusion is that airtel not show any notification/term conditions with recharge..

It was not mention anywhere that “this offer is not valid in roaming” why ?

I am always staying in roaming and this offer is not suitable to me and why Airtel fraudulent with me why they are hide information to their customer..

Please help me to get my money back and to save others from this type of Fraud..

I am Rammohan Reddy. I sent service request for Cheque Book with Receipt Number: 1611-301711696500 on 30th November 2016. But till the date I have not received the cheque book from your side.
Wednesday I have informed to your customer care person about this and taken the complaint. Complaint details as per below
“Your concern is captured with reference number 20161207658278. Our complaint resolution team will contact you within the next 2 working days-StanChart”
Saturday also I have informed to customer care about this. But they also unable to trace about my cheque book request.
I required my cheque book by today Monday. Its already more than 10 days. If I didn’t get the cheque book on today, I may lose my opportunity from my part time business. It may cause much money lose to me.
I request you to interfere in this matter to solve this issue.

Coolpaad Note 3Lite Mobile Was not repaired by service center from 20 days still they want more 20 days. When i call to customer care they want more days to repair my mobile actually they gave me 8/12/2016 return date but still i haven’t received mobile yet. every time when i call customer care they are not giving valid answers. they are also not giving complaint number.

from last 20 days i have submit my mobile but they are not willing to rapir my mobile. i have facing problem because they taking to much time to repair my mobile

I booked a 3A/C ticket for me and my wife on a premium train of the Indian Railways from Mangalore Junction (MAJN) to Ernakulam Junction (ERS). The E-ticket did not mention the train timings and I checked your app i.e.” ixigo trains” and the incorrect was mentioned though I have the latest update of the said app. Consequently my wife who is an NRI of many years suffered undue stress and mental anguish. I am providing a snap shot of the E-ticket taken with the aid of my cell phone.
I hope you will look into the matter and reimburse me for my ticket and suffering undue hardship due to the negligence of your staff.

Since One year work of Flyover is on at Kalwa Naka. After 5 Pm there is heavy trafic due to heavy trucks and big big potholes.

Due to big potholes my car’s camber has broken and oil leaked from engine.

No body is bother about the road. 90% trafic due to potholes in road.

if some bike fall into that potholes then there will be a death for sure.

Kindly get a solution immediately.

Pls stop trucks morning 8 to 10 am and 5 to 8 pm.
