Dear Officer/ To whom it may concern:

Good day!

I’m writing to inform you about the bad experienced in using the device (LG G3 smartphone) and the services provided by your customer support/ technician on your retail branch at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong Ortigas, Philippines.

Enumerated below my complaint’s:

1/ MY HANDSET ENCOUNTERED BLUE SCREEN. When the device reached 15% battery life I decided to charge the battery then after 5 to 10 MINS this problem suddenly occurs. So I panic and immediately switch OFF the unit, however, problem still occurs after LG screen introduction my output display turned on to BLUE SCREEN.

After bad experience happened, decided to turned OFF totally my handset (took 4 HRS after I switched ON again.) Able to access my profile again but during data backup or any tap on the screen display the response become worst (it keep reboot then displayed BLUE SCREEN).

2/ Went to their repair branch in SM MEGAMALL, they re-programmed the unit hoping that it will resolve/ fix the said problem but went worst. The unit no longer responding and no power at all then they texted me (SMS) that they will instead replace the board and require me to pay PHP 13, 000++ to resolve the problem. I’M SO PISSED OFF.

I hope and pray that you may assist/ help me to restore the handset that I purchased (almost PHP 30, 000++ way back 2yrs)

-Desirable resolution: Repair for free (due to bad experienced using the unit that took only 24 mos on-hand but never last at least 3 to 5yrs of life span. Also, bad services that required me to pay PHP 13, 000++ JUST TO REPLACE THE BOARD after they re-programmed the unit and didn’t resolve/ fix the problem and output became worst causing unable to charge the battery and unit didn’t turn ON anymore).

As per your team, I had utlised internet & hence the balance was absorbed. Just for your kind refernce, I was given 50 MB 2G data useage FREE with Validity of 7 days, this text message was received at 18:23 hrs of 7 Dec. I had taken this Free offer & did not take any other internet plan.

I want my INR 113 balance back in this working week orelse I will be forced to change my network

Dear sir,
on 8.12.2016, train no 12032 amritsar shatabti from JUC – NDLS got delayed by 3 hrs. the train was supposed to reach NDLS by 2307 hrs on 8.12.2016.Instead, it reached at 0430 n 9.12.2016, which caused me to miss my flight from Delhi to Pune, Flight no 9W 7072 at 0330 hrs on 9.12.2016. I had to book another flight at Rs 11024. This is my loss. I need a compensation. of the same. Else i have to take the case to consumer court.

I purchase a new phone as it mention on ebay site, but seller send me a used phone, i return back this phone to seller via courier, I claim for refund. but there is no response from ebay. First of all, there was no option to order one unit of these Earplugs I order. Named something like Simon’s studywell Earplugs. It costed around ? 160 per pack and there was no option to buy single pack and I had to buy two packs for ?300 and right after I opened them I realized they’re not working at all. They’re not at all doing what they should and when I wrote to the seller they said Earplugs can’t be replaced.

Today i was reach the Rohan Hero Service centre Bhubanswar, Near baramunda firestation, odisha at 9.15.After standing 40 minutes in front of Job card serial provider where only two to four people standing .Due to excess delay of proving service number i approach them to make it quick.But the their job card provider knowingly make delay after delay.So argue why so delay .As a results their job card provider use slang and threatened me beat.
Therefore i request you kindly take the case seriously so that i ll be obliged.It is a matter of respect by company to theirs customers.
