I have received an mail from rbi from foreighn remitence dept that i have received an amount from hsbc uk on my name and has asked me to pay rs: 18 lakhs for getting my funds for which i have to open bank account with rbi with that amount on my name, after the demontazation i have got another mail from them to remit an amount of rs: 3.50 lakhs to get thouse funds, for which i have remitted an amount of rs: 1.50 lakhs, the balance amount could not paid due to the demontazatiion no body is able to give any money and that if i remit any amount in my account there will be an notice from it dept, hence i could not pay as i have to borrow from out side financier and i am also having my doubts on this issue, hence i require your help in this regard, after getting an information from your end i will come to know what kind of actiion to be taken.

I had transferred Rs. 4000 to a saving bank account on 13 dec 2016,
The amount was deducted from my PayTm wallet at the same time but the transaction is still pending.
I also did many complaint in help section of the paytm regarding the same.

I am very disappointed for unprofessional behavior of your csa, name sumit who was called me on 16/12/2016 friday at 16:12 from the number 9540477469. He was behaving very rudely and said “aap jaise customer mere jutey ke barabar hai, aapko aapke attitude ka saza ekin zarur milega” i am very sad and disappointed that shine.com is very big way for our career but its very sad for their csa ‘s bad behavior. Please take some procedure against him. He is never deserve any kind of csa job in any company.

I had taken dealership of said company on 12/09/2016 & done the payment of rs 50000/-. Till completion of 2 months i didn’t get the material though i am in continuous follow up. I have ordered and paid for tata sky hd dth connection on 13th december. It’s still not installed and if i try to get call it say leave your message after beep. Before purchasing sales called again. Received msg it’s installed but no one showed up and it’s not installed. Once received money they don’t respond and no services. Cheating people. It’s not yet installed but i get msg it’s installed and rate service msg. My ordered i’d cdt1481720185.

Complaint Details:
I had opted for tirupathi package from Bangalore and one of the person from Yatragenie had called me whose number 9880000664 telling that he will book the ticket for Rs 1900 for one person which included all the amenities as per his word. He gave the account number 035901508951 under the name of Girishmahadev to transfer the amount, I transferred Rs 3800 for 2 which is for me and my wife. He told me that bus is at 09:30pm from Marathhalli so i was picked up from there and was dropped in KR puram at 10:15pm in front of Yatragenie shop. I waited for 45min asking where is the bus and the fellow from Yatragenie told the bus is yet to come, At 11:00pm i asked again and i was informed that the bus left, I said niether i got a call from the driver asking where am i?? I called the person who booked my ticket and he said he will call and he called someone and i was told that the bus is just 1km away and i will be taken in another bus and will be dropped to bus which i had booked, , the 1km went upto 15-20kms and bus was stopped in a restaurant and the driver told me to get down and showed the bus and was told to board and went off, , I reached the bus with my wife along and asked the co driver and why didnt he call me he made a statement he was busy and cant keep a track of passengers, I called the person who had booked the ticket and he doesnt even pick the call, then i called the Yatragenie contact number 1 860 425 1234 and someone picked the call he said i can inform the manager named Shankar (7799776937) i sent a message thinking why to disturb however no reply so i called him neither he picked the call. I reached Tirupathi and someone is telling that we need to pay Rs300 for the entry as we have not paid for darshan.. I dont understand why this Rs1900 was for???. Forget it, , its matter of money so i paid.. This was the pathetic journey which i ever had in my life till now, , I do travelling every now and then but i have decided i will never choose yatragenie but better i will travel by my own vehicle. Its not about money its about the worst service which ur support staffs have. They dont even have a track of passengers who have booked and the person who booked the ticket didnt even send a message of the driver. This is the worst service i have ever had. If things were in my hands i would ban this yatragenie for this cheap behaviour towards the passengers. I was totally disturbed because of this incident because i have never experienced such a bad behaviour. I am the propreitor of fitness goal I am new to Mswipe I had already doing transaction from past 3 days in my transaction 100rs amount is missing from your side so I called to customer care also he told me call some other time server is down this type of reasons giving from your company customer care and your company executive he is also not receiving my call I want clarification for this I already took 1 year package why you people deducting amount in my swiping amount this is not fair this is my complaint against Mswipe team I already got message also from your side including 100rs in total amount but you had did neft here you deducted 100rs? So I want clarification for this
