Dear sir,
i want to say that we all are facing cash crisis but sir in my branch this problem persist more than other branches. cash distribution done two times in a week (09.12.2016-17.12.2016) bank manager & other staff do work for their friends & relatives, every time they distribute cash only 50to 60 person after that they announced cash is not available, bank manager & staffs are involved in inproper activity i would also tweet to PMO but not single feedback received. sir please take this case seriously & take proper action

I have used debit card on atm SBGATMIBBN000093065 Located near 212 bus stand santoshpur on 16/12/2016 at 7-15 pm for withdrawal of Rs.2000/-but no transaction was made and shown as transaction time out and there was no print out because of no paper slip. Failing to that i have gone for online mini statement through my mobile & found that a sum of Rs.2000/- has been debited from my account. Therefore I request to please make an arrangement to refund me the debited money of Rs2000/- & oblige.

This TV have a problem the images n color should be suddenly low n bright and TV can be close n close again n again . please solve the problem .this is in I under warranty product.the TV also sound a different noise in that type I am become shock why I bear this type of sound of TV .the TV color n suddenly disappeared the images n show no signal this is also one of the issue of the TV .try to solve this problem or replace it .

Dear Sir,
It’s regarding my Consumption plan . For past 6 month i m reloading pack every month 3-4 times..Only i talk in Skype . when ever i call customer care they will inform me that we have some network prob in some of area in Karnataka, But point is if there is network prob how all the data is consumed.Its cheating the consumer.
Another thing i m trying to raise the complaint in tata docomo website, In that they are not sending the OTP .how can i raise the complaint.
Regarding this i visited Udupi branch, They are useless they don’t know anything.Your team guided me to call customer care.WTF

I have booked a ticket in swamy ayyappa travels from Salem to chennai on December 05 through redbus. But due to Tamil nadu chief minister death bus operator has send a msg that trip has been cancelled. Till now I didn’t received my money back to my account. Really when someone cheating us it’s making mentally disturbed.

Please do the needful and I want my money back.

Am keep on sending mail to redbus customer care but no response. If I call their customers care number but not connecting.

Sir yesterday i went to HDFC bank to deposit my cash of Rs 5500 having two notes of 1000 denomination n seven of 500, but cashier marked my one 1000 Rs note n say that its fake…
On enquiry not got satisfied from cashier…
As i am running my business n my worker take tht 1000 rs note from customer what should i do for d same as it costs me great loss

Scam or fraud: Flipkart — Poor Service and misleading information from Customer Care

Complaint Details:
I have order a phone(OD107421700810035000 )from flipkart to gift it to my father on his birthday and get into a trouble after having it. The problem I have faced are mentioned below:
1)The phone is not working properly having there is some issue with touchscreen and there is also some heating issue.
2)When trying to return it back they(Flipkart) are saying there is no pick up available in my town now it is very annoying to me that if a company can deliver an item to place how come it cannot take the same item from the same place.
Okay no issue I have dispatched it to the flipkart office on my own expecting atleast now my issue will be resolved by the flipkart.
But I was wrong . During dispatching the item I have discussed with the customer care what more need to be done, they told only mentioning the Order Id and Address into the courier will resolve the issue .Hence I have dispatched the item as per instruction.
Now the scenerio is, flipkart is not accepting my item as return Id is not mentioned in it.

So please let me know what should I do to correct yous mistakes.and perhaps flipkart is not a digital e-commerce platform rather it is a digital harrasment platform which plays with people emotion and give a damn to consumer satisfaction .

I had placed an online order for syska led t5 tubelight through their official website . Order no is 19100005248 . It has been a month, still the order is not dispatched . They are not responsible for replying any email, they are not dispatching the item nor they are refunding .
I have sent them 6-7 emails with all supporting documents of order .

Worst service, they are eating public money .

I have 4 accounts in Canara bank 2 current 2 saving in august I give application for the debit card they are delaying that it is yet not coming till October mid and 1 day 1000 rs deducted from my account by atm withdrawal and they are blaming me I took that card with pin but they issued the card to someone else with pin and I am still cardless how would I use my balance
Please advise me
And please take strict action because it can cause a fraud and loss of goodwill as well
