I recgarged my sun dth on 11th Dec-2016 from the sun direct website through my sun direct account.I selected Malayalam super value pack for 3 months for 775 Rs.Now Iam not getting the channels as per the plan.Not evem getting the channels of the earlier plan.

I raised a complaint Sr161217001105 today to sun dth.But the customer care representative is asking for 48 hours to resolve the issue.If a user selected a plan and recharge based on that plan, we should get the benefits based on that plan from the activation date.customer representative should hear the user complaint and solve the problem asap.If the website deducted 775 rs from my account, they should give the service from that date.After the selection the plan only website will calculate the amount and deduct the amount based on the plan selected.otherwise there is no way to pay 775 from my side.

I am expecting the 3 months pack to be activated from today.why customer should suffer, if sun dth website is not functioning properly

Complaint Details:
I have made a payment through freecharge on dominos mobile app and my funds have been deducted but order didn’t go through. Called customer service, their rep picked up the call and put me on hold and was on hold for 11 minutes.. no answer. Worst customer support as always. Dominos sucks everytime. Then I had to order manually by visiting the store outlet because then app was showing that new order can not be placed as restraunt is offline now.

I had purchased a iPhone 7 32 GB black colour on 14.12.2016 which got delivered on 15.12.2016 but I was not handed an original bill and I was handed a tax invoice stating the shipment delivery . How could Ezone Powai issue a tax invoice to a customer where the original bill is missing ? How can I believe the product is not a grey market or a clone phone when the original phone not available? I had purchased the phone from Powai Ezone and want the money back if no bill is issued to me . I rather take some original product with bill instead a product without bill.

I got a sms stating Delivery couldn’t be completed because customer wasn’t available, which was a lie, I have been at home waiting since 14th and today is 17th December. And if by any chance I am wrong, they should have made an effort to call me, which never happened. When contacted to customer support first I was told that I’d get the product by noon as they have prioritized it, later at 14:30 i was told i’ll get it by 8pm and finally around 4pm I was told to wait for 24hr. It was cash on delivery, but I have wasted my 3 days already waiting. Each time they replied that they have told courier service to deliver it with high priority. If this is how they treat a high priority then its miserable.

First thing he don’t have registered landline number,

Second Fake registered office number, with ms word broken letters of fake offer letter,

As he advised in his website no advance amount payment he was looting in the name of medical checkup,

He inform the candidate for medical checkup at particular place like chennai or kerala with specific hospital,

* if you are fit in the medical, he will tell to come one place to give passport without proper intimation he and another agent with him.

* if you give money both were sharing partners for medical charge 6500 means only 1500 for medical test balance money will both frauds will sharing in the name of fake job advertisement,

* with several reasons and blaming us without proper stupid words he said within 50 days u get visa almost 6 months no one can call and nothing will happen. Now his mobiles switched off.

Friends don’t trust this consultancy u will waste of money time and energy and get more stressed, you cannot argue with this broken English idiot,

Complaint Details:
I have been trying for SBT internet banking registration for two weeks and after providing with all the informations and filling all the fields it says that registration was not possible due to technical problems . So I have approached the bank and submitted an application two weeks ago. No measures were taken to provide me with internet banking facilities.
I applied for a cheque book and the cheque book I got is also defective.
Due to the non availability of currency notes I have no other way to make my transactions.
