Today i booked ola cab and pay fare in cash to driver then i get to know that same amount deduct from my ola money also all the i told driver about ola money after then he ask for pay in cash…and this is totally unfair …just like a fraud..now i want my ola cash amount 186 refund as soon as possible …and sorry to say but i am totally disappointed with ola service…!

Sir,
It is to inform you that i used my debit card for payment on 10 December.2016 for an amount of 1633/- every time the message of transection cancle is shown, However, the amount was two time deducted from my account. Shopkeeper has shown me the statement of his account where only one transection is shown completed but the other transection which has been debited from my account is not shown in his bank statement. my account statement detail with account no is attached herewith for immediate necessary action.

This incident happened on December 13
I have called tata sky three days back regarding signal issue, the customer executive said the technician will call tomorrow 10 am, but no call received.Next again I called them same response, and again next I raised a compliant with higher authority and chennai ispl, they said it will take another 72 hours and arguing that why you are hurrying.Still compliant is not resolved..poor customer service, poor higher authority too!!!..
But they will debit daily charges from the account for those five days..

I already submitted my contact no, and they are u mobile is switch off thats absolutely not correct.
Could you please do the action as soon as possible.
This is my right to know the status of patient who is already in ICU

I bought a brand new HP laptop (HP Pav x360 13-U131TU Slv, 33cm) just yesterday (16.12.2016) and noticed a crack at the base today (17.12.2016). I am sure it has not been developed at my end as i noticed the crack in one of the pictures i had clicked yesterday ASA i had returned home with the laptop. I only realised this today and need to know what relief will croma provide to me pertaining to the same.

Ur services is also poor.i show u how they give paper bill to me. This is a tax evasion method. Ur employee have no manner how to talk to customers. My experience with maruti suzaki always is bad. I has purchase Mobile ZOLO ERA 4K in March 2016 online.
After six month there is problem in voice. i.e. receiver coiuld not heard voice . it was given to your customer care Bridght communication in Baroda (Gijarat) for repairing. He has repaired.
Again after one month same problem faced again repaired with bright communication.
Again after one & half month same problem faced.. Again given to Bright communication. He told that noe speaker/mike is changed & now no problem will occur.
But unfortunately again same problem occur, Now since it is under guarantee it is again given to Bright communication Your authoriszed customer care in vadodara (Gujarat).It is with him presently.
Pl advise him to replace proper parts so that such problem not faced & image of ZOLO mobile not spoil in market.
Hope you will take suitable action.

My wards Harshita K (Vth Std) and Pritika K (IIIth Std) are availing the school transport from Junior KG to till date. On 16.12.2016 the school transport (Route No: 18) didn’t picked up the students who were standing on the stopping, and the school transport staff informed that another bus is coming to pick up the students. And my wards were waiting in the stopping till 09.15 am from 08.10 am (More than One Hour) and returned back to the home. I had all ready provided the land line number and mobile number for communication. No communication regarding this issue we had received from the school. Kindly take necessary action
