Scam or fraud: Airtel — Fraudulent usage of my connection 4G LTE No

Complaint Details:
I have taken a 4G LTE Airtel connection on 2-Nov-16 for 15 GB data per month by paying 6 months advance rental of Rs.7700.00. On 3-Nov-16, I received a message that 50% data i.e. 7.5 GB has been consumed. I switched off the modem considering the updates have consumed the data. The 4G LTE modem was started on 19-Nov-16 and stopped on 20-Nov-16. On 20-Nov-16 @ 20.28 hrs i received a message that 100% data has been consumedI switched off the modem since then. But there is continuous usage of data without the modem being on. Moreover, in the next month with the modem switched off, 6.75 gb has been consumed. This is a fraudulent usage by airtel. I have complined and sent mail to 121@airtel.com and 121@in.airtel.com but Cutomer representatives are speechless and they do not have any answer as well. I want a clear refund of the amount paid to Airtel. It is horrible that a company like Airtel will do this type of thing.

Dear Team ICICI,

Myself and my all family members are having accounts with your bank since more than a decade now and I was considering your bank as best for personal banking.

But ever since my parents had very insulting and cheating experience at your Gadhinglaj branch (Dist. Kolhapur), we seriously thinking to shift all our accounts to another bank.

Your branch manager at Gadhinglaj is so arrogant and adamant that he insulted my parents and threatened them as well.
They approached this branch to open new account for themselves.
But your marketing team forced them to open an account which was really not requested. Your bank has even issued 2 debit cards when it was not even requested for one.

I have submitted written complaint about this on 3rd November 2016 and asked for reply in writing but your branch manager is unmoved.
I have even reminded him on what’s app.

My number 7566879409 is suddenly going out of service there after i sumitted my document for reactivate of my number. With charges ?150 in vodafone care Satna(M.P) 485001. On tuesday 13/12/16. A/c to staff commitment my number will re activate within 3 days but it still deactivate. I’m really very dissapointed with ur worst services and i decided to port my other 5 vodafone numbers from vodafone to other company if my prob. Wii not resolved in next 24 hrs.

Today on 17th december 2016 i paid the electricity bill of rupees 140 of the electricity bill account number 8661534595 and amt. of ruppes has been debited from my account(17/12/2016 FEB/XFER/20161217230136 140.00) but reciept of bill payment has not been recieved and sms of bill payment also didn’t recieved as it recieved earliar while making the payment.
Please consider my problem and make sure that bill has been paid.

5. Arrange interview with the 15 companies
6. Arrange Visa Interview for Permanent Residency at Canada

But till date, none of the above mentioned services has happened. In the process of Document submission also, there were no proper support and response from IMAPP team. And all the communication were delayed during my documentation period as IMAPP has taken so much time to respond to my queries via mail and phone calls. For which they have asked to pay a penalty of 25% of the fees. And i refused for the same.
As a outcome of my bitter experiences with IMAPP info solutions Pvt. Ltd., I have sent many warning mails r to both of the Managing Directors and the team to either refund the amount I have paid to IMAPP Info. Solutions or provide me with the committed service sooner. But there is no response from their end till date.

Rajesh Mehta who is company telecaller convinced us that 26 to 28 Dec 2016 phoenix park inn Goa will be made available by him . His initial mail did not mention of non refundable condition of rupees 8999 which he took as charges for providing the hotel. Later their Mr wahi and other support staff are saying that its not refundable . I hope that they should understand that they are in customer servicing business and should refund money once I have decided that I don’t want to use their facility/ services. Hope they will appreciate and refund my money else consumer court will be my last resort.

My name is Rachna I had taken direct admission in B.ED 2013-14 in Lala Mangat Ram Mahavidhyala Merrut Road Ghaziabad U.P. I have already given Theory and Practical exam but till now my result has not come and year 2017 going to start.Student one who has taken admission from counselling has found their result. I had taken admission from CCS University because i heard CCS is a good university but i was wrong. Due to this problem i am unable to appear in UPTET, CTET and other competitive exams and unable to get job in education sector.

Pizza hut employees are not atol professional, they didn’t call me even a single time to conform for order.

I have called them so many times to
realise my ordered which I book online.

I hope they need to improve their services as it is ridiculous.

I placed an order of ASUS ZENFONE MAX(BLACK, 32GB) bearing order id OD107700226986577000 on 26th nov, 16 & received the item on 30th nov, 16 for which payment was made through net banking.While checking I found that the LOUDSPEAKER is not working for which I made a return request on 1st dec, 16.After checking through SmartCheck App they approved my return request & assured me for the replacement of the product by 7th dec, 16.But they didn’t replace it till 14th dec, 16.Only they assured me through emails to resolve my problem.So, on 14th dec, 16 I requested them to cancel my order & refund the exact amount which I have paid for it.Again they only give me assurance through emails but don’t take any serious actions.I have called the flipkart customer care for several times for the clarification of the issue but they didn’t clarify me about the exact issue.Only they have extended the date.So I request you to take serious actions immediately against flipkart & resolve my issue within 24hours.I would like to receive the exact amount get refunded which I have paid for it within 2 days.
