Dear Bsnl. I am a very old customer of your ladnline services. And also i avail your broadband services. Butrecently service has been pretty bad. There is no internet for most time of the day. And the landline doesnt work too.
But now since the last few days. It doesnt work at all. I have complained too but no necessary step has been taken. I am fairly disappointed coz we are paying the bills and there is no phone or internet for days. Please send someone to fix this problem. Or we might have to abandon your services.
Hopefully you will take action soon. Thank you

First mistake is I opt for 3+1 month plan and paid whole amount, for few days ok with speed but later on started dropping of speed from 3mbps to kpbs whenever I call service provider for next few hours get proper speed but again the same worst. After using few months the problem is same and they never visited nor resolved problem. Don’t go for this service if they offer u for free of cost too.

Today morning i go through the site of IRCTC .From there i am trying to book ticket.Every thing happened smoothly but at end (the time of transaction), Money from account get deduct but i didn’t get the ticket.
I am trying to call on IRCTC complaints number but no body is there to pick the phone call.
I think, all the number which is uploaded is totally useless.

please reply me either by call or by mail.

Scam or fraud: Lenovo — Brand New Laptop not functional for 50 days (No committment from Lenovo)

I bought a Lenovo Ideapad on 28-oct-2016 from Lenovo world at TTK Road, chennai. The Laptop has not been used a single day. Initially the Laptop did not boot, the Lenovo service center diagnosed it as a Mother board problem. I had to wait for 10 days for a service engineer who disassembled the laptop and diagnosed it as a OS problem and left the laptop in a dysfunctional state.

The laptop was handed over to the service center the very next day. I had several communications with Lenovo head office in Bangalore; infact escalated to to their ED for support. However apart from assurances and misleading statements (like OS media stuck in customs etc) i had not received any commitment. According to the service center, the media has been received twice but on both occasions, they have been unsuccessful in getting it work.

It is 50 days, full money paid, not a single day of usage. Appalling service from Lenovo who seem take customer for granted. They are not agreeing to provide a replacement and also not returning the working laptop

I want this issue to be escalated to highest levels and ensure immediate action

For last more than a month I have been trying to be connected with toll free no 1800 425 0018 but failed. Being senior citizen and old customer I found it comfortable seeking updates about my account maintained with Maliwara Chowk, G’zbd just by dialing the number i.e. 1800 425 0018 but after demonitisation I could not succeed to contact even for one day .

I purchase a micro max mobile on the date 11/12/2016 at a shop sagarpur but on the first date i have found a problem of mobile heating and charging problem, then I go (on date 12/12/2016) your service point on uttam nagar and meet your executive juhi Khan and tell her about my mobile problem she tell me that if you resolve your problem then you will deposit your mobile for few days and I agree and deposit my mobile at your service center and come back to my home but next day I received a call from your service center she tell me that your mobile problem is resolved and I go to your service center and collect my problem and come back, but when I charge my mobile then I notice that the charging problem is not resolve then I go your uttam nagar service center once again (14/12/2016) and meet their your executive juhi Khan once again and tell her that my mobile phone problem is not resolve then she tell me this time your mobile problem is solved then I submitted my mobile once again at your service center and she give me once again job sheet (n030716-1216-26910848) and on 17/12/2016 I received a call from your service center side and tell me you can collect your mobile because we can solve your mobile problem. Then I go and collect my mobile and come back but when I plug charger into mobile but my mobile heating and charging problem are not resolve. Now I am very frustrate your side. I want that you can change my mobile because I mentally disturbed

I am unable to contact the customer care also, poor customer support and the reviews are also not good with the website.I unable to cancel this order.I don’t need the product it was placed by mistake, so don’t send me the product.
