My item was booked via first-floor with consignment no. J991M5305059 on 14th Dec from Jhansi and it was supposed to deliver on 16 to dibiyapur but it still not delivered till 18th Dec and tracking record says that address insufficient or pending address. None of the person contacted me if there was address insufficient issue. I kept calling every customer care from every regional office but no one is recieving call. I even complaint them by mail about this issue but no one replied. This courier service is worst from all.

Hi,

I bought an woodland shoe on 10th December 2016 from an woodland outlet located in Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore- 560079. There was an offer up to 40%off

The shoe is just 7 days old and the stitches have come out, when i took this shoe to the outlet the sales guy is easily trying to convince me that if you buy shoes when it has an offer of 40% it is supposed to have some defects, what does he mean ..?? Can you people charge 2400rs for a shoe, which has defects and cheat the customers by showcasing poor quality shoes with an offer for that ..??

I agree if there is a long use of the shoes it tends to worn out but i repeat its only 7 days old, its woodland known for its toughness how can it be so poor in quality?
When i argued with him for the replacement as it is only 7 days old he is saying it can only be replaced only if there is any damage to the sole and leather, please tell me how can a shoe be complete only with leather and sole ain’t the stitches(thread) important ?

I demand an explanation and a solution for this, please tel me what am i supposed to do with this shoes which is worn out within 7 days? And to get this stitched he requires 1week of time ?? Please find the attached photos of your (WOODLAND) branded shoes!!!

Completely unhappy with the quality of the shoes and also with the way the sales guy reacted, i would appreciate woodland if you guys come up with an solution for this.

I effected 2 transactions with a merchant neelakanta reddy, bangalore – phone #: +91 8951269552
Both got declined at the pos terminal (Hand held unit).

However, there were confirmation messages from your system and my bank that they were successful.
The merchant insisted he didn’t get the payment that i pay cash to resolve this.

I had to pay cash with him and move out. Now my transactions are in dispute. Rs.668 x 2 = rs. 1336 to be resolved.

This is annoying that i have to wait in despair for this

Complaint Details:
I have booked for car rental from zoom car at chennai from 10th dec 2016 to 12th dec 2016 for a trip to pondicherry.

1st issue: i booked honda city but they denied to give me the reason was they told at last minute that ‘tyre is not in good condition so you take amaze’ i agreed and took that.

2nd issue: then later when i went to pondichery, there i was hold by rto for permit issues it was not my mistake but that mistake is from zoom car no proper documents then i was held at the office for 5 hrs. They (Zoom cars) told me you can extend the delivery time.

3rd issue: then the next day that’s dec 12th 2016 there was a ‘cyclone’ which hit chennai by dec12 2:30 – 4:30 pm which made a heavy destruction at chennai and also the coastal roads. But as my booking ends by dec12th 7:00 pm, am caught hold at pondichery when i cal to zoom car customer care and requested for extending my booking they are telling me

‘sorry sir we cannot extend your booking if you deny to drop at 7pm you may need to pay late charges’

How hell they can say, am i super hero to hold their car in head and travel crossing all stroms and thunders.

This was a irresponsible reply from them. Finally i paid late payment fee.

I swiped my atm at blackberrry’s, bokaro steel city for an amount of rs10000. But the retailer didnt receive any money on his end, though my account was debitted. this happend on 10 december. It has been around 10 days now and my amount has yet not been returned.ive made several rounds to d store and spoken to the manager. hes not ready to help and cooperate.

3 days back i got a call from a guy from Birla Mutual Fund’s credit card application team, who was asking for received OTP from the SBI card application and he told me that you would get a call from SBI shortly but still i didn’t get any call from SBI. He asked my all details
