I have registered claim of ADN_291016_197802923 dated 29/10/216 through your customer center.

We have submit handset and related documents to your customer center. Yesterday i called to customer care and know the status of my handset but the status is still saying they have received handset and documents. But no update on delivery. I am not getting any update on my claim status and they are just denying the mobile delivery giving logistics issue due to demonetization since 1 month.
I really hate the worst service and want to complain in Consumer court against company…

I’m regular consumer of BATA product because of name and quality which it provides.
I’m really disappointed this time. I bought Bata Comfit laceless shoe on 10/12/2016 from BATA outlet in Chandni chowk, Old Delhi for 2550 without any discount.
I explained my requirement and need of what kind of shoes I’m looking for.
i wore my shoes twice and they are really uncomfortable for longer periods and while walking. I thought it will be better after sometimes but really not.
I would like to replace my shoes with another model or design.
Kindly help me where should I approach and how this can take place.

Respected Sir,

We are Teaching Staff of Bharath University, Chennai-600073 – A Private University run by the Ex-MP of DMK Party. Last Academic Year by June 2016, around 100 Staff members have eliminated without any proper notice. We are provided with very poor salary, Rs.13000 – Rs.30000/-, which is very poor salary and unable to run our family. The University obtained NAAC grade of “A” in recent review. But, During the Committee inspections, they are correcting the committee by bribing with huge amount of money.
On the other hand, there is very big difference is found between faculties of friends and relatives of chairman and other faculties.
Since, Dr.Hameed Hussain, Dean, Mr.Thiyagarajan, Director and Dr.Thooyamani Pro VC are the BINAMIES of the chairman, heading the university doing slavery treatment towards the workers.
Since, our prime minister is doing enormous rectifications for creating Modern India, we hope, we humbly submit this request to direct the chairman of this institution to provide UGC salary for the teaching staff members.

Remember that the Equal salary for Equal job is insisted by Supreme Court only in Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Government. We request you to implement across the India.

I purchased enfield 350 classic on 28th novemeber 2016 from mira road showroom in thane district, just after two days it started making nocking sound from engine, i took the bike to service station twicethey keep my bike for two to three days and give me back, every time they just fools me and send back saying its done now sound will not come but after a kilometers run the sound reappears.. I am irritated because of this worst response from enfield.. Please help.

This is to inform you that i had paid the initial amount of Rs.500 for the connection for the broadband service at my home, but after the survey its not possible to have a connection.

So i had applied for the refund process but i haven’t get any positive response from your team, i had used WhatsApp number of yours for the refund process but perviously they were saying that the amount will be credited within two working days but its been 3 months they have’t responded neither in mail nor on WhatsApp, its very annoying and unpleasant for me to see such a response from such a high brand.

I had paid for one year subscription of news paper few months back but on december 3rd i had received message from times group that my subscription had started. I just request you to please change my address. my new address is House no 715/4 second floor sector 4 gurgaon 122001 it is hardly 1 km from my old residence.

I request you to please get it deliver on my new address as early as possible.One more thing my old registered mobile no was 9643104871 which is closed now as the old no was my official no. if you require i can provide statement of cheque given for subscription.

Dear team,

I am a subscriber of Reliance BIG TV. My Smart Card No. is 200667664042. Recently I shifted to my New house, so I had requested for re-installation of set top box device. Your technician (Mr.Dhruva – 7795815070) came and while installing he broke that plastic stand which holds the mike and went off. He had promised me that he will replace that very next day, but he never returned.I Have already made the payment of Rs.350/- towards re-installation charges and also I have paid Rs.100/- to the technician as well.From last 7 days I am complaining to your customer care team but nobody is helping in this matter. Customer care people are so uneducated they don’t even have manners to talk with customer. Simply they are giving false promises. Though the device is broken by their technician, they are forcing me to pay Rs.175/- again. This is seriously ridiculous and pathetic service. This is one of the worst customer care I would say. If you are taking money from customer please provide proper service as well. This is my last reminder, else

I would be forced to take this case to the higher court against all of you.

I purchased a Polo Black shoe through snapdeal the size is not comfortable so I request for replace it with comfort size but two times request through costumer care both time replied its that the items pick-up within 48 hrs but 12 days passed no one come for pick-up consignment. Today came a call via Econ. express that you drop your consignment in the office I request to him to collect from my home which is ensured by snapdeal he is not agreed and say that He will cancel my request . Pl rectify it and tell me what I do.
